Welcome!
This blog is dedicated to my daughter Sienna (aka the Si-monster). I have started this blog because I love hearing things like "I love being pregnant!" "I can't wait to have another baby!" "having a baby must be so fun!" and other things people say to make us go "WTF?" The main goal of this blog is for friends and family to discuss their thoughts about pregnancy and motherhood and mostly to just have fun reading and writing about how crazy our lives have become! So far, I can't stand being pregnant! It's uncomfortable, tiring, scary, stressful, and not to mention costly!! It will be interesting to see how my attitude changes when I hold the little bundle for the first time..but as for now...this child will be an ONLY child!!
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately you will forget how uncomfortable you are (as I have) and you will want another one! ;) although if I really think rationally about pregnancy with a toddler I think Sienna would probably prefer to be an only child... and since I can barely handle one, I shouldn't consider two because I would probably end up with triplets!

ReplyDeleteAnd being pregnant with a toddler was a HUGE challenge. Luckily I had my mother-in-law living with us for the first 5 months of my pregnancy. There were many a times I had to call her to finishing changing my oldests diaper so I could run and puke.
But in the end it's totally worth it- most days that is!
